1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by MyMentalCamp LLC, including but not limited to coaching, online courses, digital programs, consultations, memberships, community access, and the use of related digital platforms and applications.
By purchasing or using any service, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Contracting Party
The contracting party for all services is:

3. Formation of Contract
A contract is concluded when the customer completes a booking via an approved payment provider (e.g. Stripe, Digistore24 or comparable providers) and receives a confirmation of purchase.
The customer may purchase individual services (such as courses or coaching sessions) or memberships.
4. Services Provided
MyMentalCamp LLC provides services in the areas of mental performance, physical performance, health, nutrition, mindset, and personal development.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Online coaching and consulting
- Self-paced online courses (on-demand or live formats)
- Membership programs and community access
- Individual coaching sessions
- Group coaching formats
- Guided meditations and mental training
- Hypnosis and visualization techniques
- Training and nutrition plans
- Digital tools, apps, and tracking features
Nature of Courses and Programs
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all courses are self-learning programs.
There is no obligation for individual supervision, assessment, or certification.
Community access, if provided, is intended solely for peer exchange. No guaranteed moderation or individualized content support is provided.
There is no entitlement to certificates, qualifications, or official recognition, unless explicitly stated in the product description.
5. Free Trial Period (Memberships)
Certain memberships may include a one-time free trial period of up to 7 days.
After the trial period ends, the customer must actively decide whether to continue with a paid subscription.
There is no automatic conversion into a paid subscription without explicit confirmation.
6. Prices and Payment
All prices are clearly stated on the respective sales pages.
Payments are processed exclusively via authorized third-party payment providers.
Available payment methods (one-time payments, installments, subscriptions) are determined by the respective provider.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, depending on their country of residence.
For digital content and services that begin immediately after purchase, the customer expressly agrees that the service starts before the end of the withdrawal period and thereby waives the right of withdrawal.
8. Cancellation and Termination
a) Individual Services
Scheduled coaching sessions may be canceled free of charge up to 48 hours before the agreed appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
b) Memberships
Memberships may be canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms specified at the time of purchase.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
9. Liability
MyMentalCamp LLC is liable only in cases of intent or gross negligence.
No liability is assumed for decisions made by customers based on coaching, training, or course content.
No guarantee is given for specific results or outcomes.
10. Third-Party Payment Providers
Payments are processed via third-party providers such as Stripe or Digistore24.
These providers process personal data in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Stripe may transfer data to the United States.

11. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
MyMentalCamp LLC may use artificial intelligence technologies to support the creation of content, learning materials, visual assets, automated analyses, or platform features.
AI-supported content does not constitute automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
AI tools serve as support and do not replace professional judgment or individual consultation.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence remain unaffected.
The place of jurisdiction is Wyoming, USA.
13. Language and Prevailing Version
These Terms and Conditions are written in English.
Translations into other languages are provided for convenience only.
In case of discrepancies, the English version shall prevail.
14. Amendments
MyMentalCamp LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
Customers will be informed of material changes. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
