The MMC Performance System is the structured part of the camp. A guided training environment for body, mind, and everyday performance.
You are guided through the system – step by step – by Zipyly™, Zipylyna™, Zlothy™, Zaleon™ and Zamyly™.
Zipyly™ asks the questions you avoid.
Zipylyna™ tries, fails, learns – and keeps going anyway.
Zamyly™ keeps you fuelled, hydrated and grounded.
Zaleon™ sees what you don’t.
Zlothy™ reminds you to slow down.
They are not here to decorate the camp.
They are here to guide you through it.
Inside the member area you’ll find:
- interactive courses on training, mindset, recovery and nutrition
- a supportive community that keeps you going
- a protected space to learn, ask questions, and grow
- flexible, self-paced learning – no fixed times, no Zoom pressure
Whether you train for 10 km or ultra-distance, whether you’re at home, travelling, or balancing work and life – the system adapts to real life, not the other way around. This is not a quick program. It’s a performance system you grow with.
