More than coaching
A complete performance system
Hello, I’m Kirsten,
founder of MyMentalCamp® and
creator of the MMC Performance System®.
For more than 20 years, I’ve been fascinated by one question:
Why do some people achieve lasting change while others struggle, even when they know exactly what to do?
Most people already know that they should exercise more, eat healthier, sleep better and take care of themselves.
The challenge isn’t knowledge
The challenge is turning knowledge into consistent action
That’s exactly why I created MyMentalCamp®
My philosophy
I don’t believe in quick fixes, I don’t believe in perfect people
And I certainly don’t believe that a single training plan changes someone’s life.
Real progress happens when body, mind and daily habits work together.
That’s why the MMC Performance System® combines
- mental performance
- endurance training
- nutrition
- recovery
- sustainable habit building
into one connected learning experience
Learning should never feel boring
Knowledge is important. But knowledge alone changes nothing.
That’s why MyMentalCamp® is built around a unique learning world featuring Zipyly®, Zipylyna®, Zamyly®, Zlothy, Zmetty and Zaleon, who transform complex topics into memorable stories, practical tools and real-life strategies.
The goal isn’t simply to finish another course. The goal is to create lasting change.
My background
Over the past two decades I’ve combined practical experience with continuous professional education in
- Mental Performance
- Sports Therapy
- Coaching
- Hypnosis
- Positive Psychology
- Nutrition
- Communication
- Personal Development
- Business & Marketing
while continuously working in endurance sports myself
Experience beyond theory
Sport has been part of my life for more than 20 years
During that time I’ve completed
- more than ten marathons
- numerous half marathons
- trail races and ultramarathons
- Olympic distance triathlons
- multi-sport endurance events
Among my personal highlights are
🏆 Overall winner of the 12-Hour Trail Race at Lake Travis (Fit Foundation)
🏆 Women’s overall winner of the Lake Travis Trail Half Marathon
But medals have never been my biggest motivation
The greatest lessons came from injuries, setbacks, difficult decisions and learning when continuing is brave… and when stopping is even braver.
Looking ahead
Today I’m continuing to develop MyMentalCamp®, online courses and the MMC Performance System® while working internationally and combining sport, education and community.
One of my long-term goals is to build charity projects that support people whose greatest achievement isn’t crossing a finish line, but simply continuing despite life’s challenges.
Because everyone deserves a place where they don’t have to face those challenges alone.
Welcome to MyMentalCamp®
Let’s build lasting performance together
